A Day at the Museum

We decided to spend the day at one of our favorite Chicago museums, the Museum of Science and Industry.  They just opened a new traveling exhibit called Animal Inside Out. We have a membership this year but this exhibit requires an additional fee. It's a good thing we purchased them ahead of time as it sold out for the day. It was a fantastic exhibit.

We've been to this museum so many times it's nice to check out the new exhibits. The guys also liked an exhibit called Things come apart. Here they are in front of the piano parts picture.

Since we were so close to my favorite "fast food" vegan restaurant we stopped on over to the Native Foods Cafe. The family was less than thrilled but I had a great meal that was meat free and also gluten free.
