How did we end up here? We've lived in Northern Illinois for 29 years. Way too long for this vegetarian! Thankfully, we're only 90 miles from Madison,WI.
I finished the purple cable band hat last night. Of course I didn't follow the pattern correctly so the decreases at the top look funky but it fits. That's a step in the right direction. I started on another hat pattern. A cable/rib hat.

I'm a married mom of 2 kids who are grown and flown. I've been a vegetarian for 38 years. I have a sometimes unhealthy addiction to coffee, knitting, and crochet.
