Making a Difference

With so much need in our community, country, and world it's hard for me to believe that I will ever be able to make any kind of difference.
Today we volunteered to pack vegetarian meals for starving children all around the world through Feed My Starving Children.This is our third time working with them but the first time working at a mobile packing site.
In our 2 hour shift with a group of 200 volunteers we were able to pack over 72,000 meals. Enough to feed almost 200 kids for an entire year. Seeing all those boxes filled with meals made me feel like today I did make a difference.
